Breathtaking Hydrangea

Some designs just take my breath away.  Sure, it comes together nicely in the proofing process.  But every now and then the artwork goes to plate, the ink sets to paper - and wow.  That's how I feel about Cristina's hydrangea invitation.  The hydrangea is not a new pen and ink of ours, but this is the first 2-color hydrangea we've printed.  She also picked one of my absolute favorite scripts for their names and the chosen colors  made for an unexpectedly striking combo!  The design is pressed on 2 ply board with copper and rose, a new ink of ours.  The reply is pressed on 80 lb cardstock and the liner is our copper non-metal based "metallic" paper.
