Mixing Textures

I love it when a client truly loves paper.  We can oooh and ahhh over the delicious textures and get tickled over the subtle shimmers.  Amy was just that client!  We enjoyed our paper pow-wow of course, pouring over deck after deck of paper samples.  When we work from scratch like this, there's a lot to be left to the imagination and hope for the best!  We were both thrilled with the final product.  The papers were a mixture of textures, combining a modern metallic cardstock with a very recycled paper.  The invitation is printed in our night soy ink on our tshirt paper.  The paper is so soft, the type just sinks right in.  We pulled the night out by combining it with a non-metal based metallic cardstock full of dark navy and gold hues.  Finally, we touched on the gold in the cardstock with a soft gold envelope.  Everything marriedtogether beautifully!
