This true blue invitation came to us from one of our fabulous retailers, Small Field Papers.  Thanks Hadley!
I love this invitation because the client took full advantage of the various options in our wedding album.  She chose one of the 3 papers shown, our handmade cotton paper from the Czech Republic.  The paper is gently textured with soft deckled edges.  The artwork is supplied, designed by a family member.  We combined that with custom calligraphy names, headings and addressing for an invitation suite that could only belong to them.  Even as a designer, the use of 3 blues wouldn't have occurred to me.  But the result was so striking!  The artwork is letterpressed with our soy cornflower and ocean inks.  All text is in our night as well as the addresses.  It's not shown in the photos, but the envelope is lined with a light ocean, recycled paper. 
I think the bride and groom have their something blue!
